getting to church
Edinburgh Elim is located at Holy Corner in Morningside, an area of the city accessible by car and boasting ample public transport links.
We don’t have our own car park, but on-street parking is readily available in the surrounding area, and is completely free of charge on evenings and weekends.
We benefit from several bus routes which allow easy access to the church from many starting locations across the city. The bus routes which stop near our church building are the 5, 11, 15, 16, 23, 36 and 45.

We meet at 11am each Sunday for our services, which include corporate prayer, contemporary worship, teaching from the Bible and a cup of tea/coffee.
You’ll arrive through our main entrance to be greeted by some of our friendly stewards in our foyer. Please speak to one of these stewards wearing a lanyard if you have any questions or require any help. While you’re in the foyer, pay a visit to our welcome desk, and make sure to pick up a tea or coffee before heading in to the main hall (known as the Sanctuary).

We’re delighted to accommodate families with children of all ages and stages!
For parents/carers with babies and toddlers, we reserve our “Hub” meeting space before and during the service as an un-manned creche. Please feel free to use this space for as much of our service as you like.
For children of a primary school age (4-11) we run “Activate” during the sermon, a programme packed with bible teaching, games, songs and crafts.
For teenagers (12-18) we run our “Limitless” youth group during the sermon, a space to catch up with friends and get stuck into the bible.

You’ll find everything from casual-wear to formal attire. Please wear whatever you’re comfortable in!
We don’t restrict participation in this precious moment to members of our church only; all that is required, is that you are a forgiven friend and follower of Christ Jesus our Lord.
We don’t charge for refreshments unless we’re hosting a specific fundraising event. Please enjoy a biscuit and a cuppa on us!
Yes, please enter through the main doors leading into the foyer, and ask a steward if you need any help navigating the building – they’ll be more than happy to accommodate you!
